Shipping policy
We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been placed successfully, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.
Order modifications and cancellations are possible so long as your order has not yet been packed or shipped. To modify or cancel your order, please notify us at info@rhythmictones.com at your earliest convenience.
U.S. SHIPPING (UPDATE):
Please note that all U.S. orders are now subject to duties and taxes. Refusal or nonpayment of these fees may result in the package being discarded by the courier. While this change is beyond our control, we sincerely appreciate your continued support.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We currently offer shipping within Canada. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with your shipment’s tracking information, which will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.

If you are outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please email info@rhythmictones.com to discuss special arrangements. Please note that rates will be dependent on the destination, as well as the weight and value of the order.
Please note that Rhythmic Tones is not responsible for any shipments that are lost in transit. Once the shipment(s) are handed over to the shipping company, it is the responsibility of the shipping company.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We currently accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All orders are charged in Canadian Dollars and exclude any duties, taxes or shipping costs unless specified otherwise.
TAX AND DUTIES
Orders that are placed within Canada are subject to federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on which province the order is being shipped to.
Orders placed outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, duty charges and/or brokerage charges, depending on the destination’s customs policy. Rhythmic Tones is not responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of customs policy. Customs or import duties being charged at the destination is the responsibility of the customer. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only on regular priced items and must be requested and shipped back to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Regular priced items must be in unworn condition with original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for store credit, totalling the amount of the returned item(s) excluding shipping charges. We do not provide refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
All discounted items or if a discount code was used when placing the order are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Due to health and safety reasons, socks, towels, undergarments and items which are worn across the face are also considered final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, please submit a request by email to info@rhythmictones.com indicating your order details and the item(s) you wish to return. Upon the approval of your request, we will provide a return authorization and further instructions. We cannot accept returns that are sent without a return request or approval.
When shipping your return, please choose a trackable, insured shipping service. Please ensure “Goods Return” is written on the exterior of the parcel. Rhythmic Tones is not responsible for any charges incurred due to return shipping, taxes and duties, or if the parcel is lost in transit.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a parcel is not claimed or rejected and returned to our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any shipping fees and duties charged to Rhythmic Tones (rhythmictones.com) by the carrier from the unauthorized returned package. Rhythmic Tones is not responsible for the loss and damage of returned goods, and is also not responsible for the payment of any charges incurred from the unclaimed return delivery.
In cases where the customer cannot be contacted and/or refuses to pay for return shipping charges, Rhythmic Tones reserves the right to consider these orders abandoned and is not obliged to provide a refund or store credit.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND PRICE MATCHING
Price adjustments can be requested on regular priced items purchased up to 7 days prior to the beginning of a sale. The adjustment will be credited to your account as store credit only. We cannot offer price adjustments for item(s) purchased on sale, on a specific promotion or if a discount code was used resulting in the purchase at a reduced price. Black Friday and Boxing Day sales are excluded from price adjustments. We also do not offer price matching to other retailers.

While the measurements we provide for our collections are mostly accurate, please note that small variations may occur. We try our best to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible- however, please note that colours may vary depending on your computer monitor and how it is calibrated, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.
