Studio Visit

I recently went on a trip to Japan and finally had the chance to meet with the CCP team based in Tokyo. Our friend Yusho Nishioka was kind enough to join our meeting and assist with translation.

Tucked among the streets of an industrial area in Sumida ward, the home of CCP can be found behind a mint green door and bike rack. Inside, we were given a tour around the multi-level store and studio space, along with a preview of products from the upcoming FW23 season. As the team explained their unique approach to design, manufacturing and retail, we could feel their pride and passion speaking to each and every aspect. It became evident that CCP has managed to stick to many of their core values since starting in 1996, which is something I also hope to achieve with Rhythmic Tones.

Although this was only a brief encounter, I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to connect in person with the CCP team and their operations. I look forward to seeing the brand's continued innovation and growth.
