DeMarcoLab - SOLOTEX® Jacket and Chino

DeMarcoLab is always keen to re-invent classics with their modern, street smart design sensibilities. This time round, we are excited to introduce a full kit that utilizes a fine SOLOTEX® double weave fabric with HEAT ENERGY® insulation technology. The dense, twill weave provides unique properties such as wrinkle resistance and light water repellency, making this collection surprisingly functional. Though the fabric used for these garments is technically adept, the overall look is classic and refined.

In this collection, we’ve chosen to bring in a Harrington Jacket as well as a Chino Pant. At first glance, the Harrington carries all the hallmarks of the original from the 1960’s: the cropped silhouette, buttoned collar, and elasticated cuffs, however slight modifications in widths and proportion give the garment a wonderfully modern feel. A large zip chest pocket also adds an extra utilitarian touch. The Chino Pant is developed with a built in adjustable belt, and stitched down pleats - two key details that combine different cultural references to create a versatile pant for everyday wear. A cheeky detail that harks back to DeMarcoLab’s urban roots include a small stash pocket, hidden seamlessly under the back waistband.

Pair together, or separately with worn-in sneakers or leather footwear for casual and sophisticated looks, respectively.
